May God be Gracious to you and Bless you and make his face shine upon you! That his way may be known on earth. His saving power among all nations. Let us praise you, O God, let all the peoples praise you! Let the nation be glad and sing for joy for you judge the people with equity and guide the nation upon earth. We humbly beseech thee to behold, visit, and relieve thy servant for whom our prayers are desired.
Look upon Your child with the eyes of thy mercy; comfort them with a sense of thy goodness;
preserve them from the temptations of the enemy;
and give them patience under their affliction.
In thy good time, restore them to health,
and enable them to lead the residue of their life in thy peace,
and to thy glory;
and grant that finally they may dwell with thee in life everlasting;
