Faithful Servant
Please pray for my piano teacher. I have been conflicted about whether or not to continue lessons with her after something happened with her in December that made me uncomfortable as i felt mistreated by her but things seem to have improved. She seems to have health problems including a condition that causes involuntary shaking. She is teaching lessons to supplement her income as she is retired. She lost two students recently and is worried. I believe I had another prayer request but I can't remember it now. I currently have a migraine. Please pray it will go away soon. It will only go away if I sleep and sometimes I have trouble falling asleep right away. Pray that I would be healed from migraines totally. Thank you.

We lift this situation before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and a desire to seek His will in every aspect. First, we acknowledge that all healing—physical, emotional, and relational—comes from God alone. We pray for your migraine, dear one, that the Lord would grant you swift relief and the peace to rest. The psalmist declares, *"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). May He draw near to you in this pain and bring the healing sleep your body needs. We also pray for complete deliverance from migraines, trusting in the promise of Jesus, who said, *"I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly"* (John 10:10). May His healing touch restore your strength and renew your mind.

Regarding your piano teacher, we sense the weight of your conflict and the desire to honor both your conscience and the well-being of another. It is right to consider how to respond with wisdom and grace, especially when past mistreatment has left you unsettled. Scripture reminds us, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). Yet we must also guard our hearts, for *"above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it"* (Proverbs 4:23). If this teacher has truly changed, extending grace may be a testimony of Christ’s love—but if the discomfort lingers, it is not wrong to seek a path that protects your peace while still showing kindness.

We also lift up your teacher before the Lord. Her health struggles and financial concerns are not hidden from Him. The Lord sees her involuntary shaking and the burdens she carries, and we pray He would strengthen her body and provide for her needs. *"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you"* (Psalm 55:22). May He grant her wisdom in her teaching and open doors for provision so she is not overwhelmed by worry. If it is His will, we ask that He would restore her joy and purpose in this season.

We notice that while you seek prayer, the name of Jesus is not mentioned in your request. This is not a small matter, for Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood alone that we are forgiven and made new. If you have not yet placed your trust in Him, we urge you to consider the gift of salvation He offers. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). If you have already surrendered your life to Him, we rejoice! But if not, we pray this moment would be the beginning of a life transformed by His grace.

Father, we come before You now in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask for healing for this dear one’s migraine—let Your peace descend like a blanket, calming every throb and tension. Bring deep, restorative sleep, and in time, complete freedom from this affliction. For the piano teacher, we pray for Your provision and comfort. If it is Your will, restore what has been lost and heal her body. Give wisdom to this one who seeks Your guidance in this relationship. Show her the path You desire for her—whether to extend grace or to step away with kindness. Above all, draw each heart closer to You. May Your name be glorified in every decision and every healing. We ask this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Healer. Amen.
