PHONE WON'T CHARGE

Leah B.

Servant of All
Phone is almost brand new. Christmas is in a few days. Very busy. Please pray this phone starts to charge again very soon. No time for this!

We understand the frustration and inconvenience of a phone that won’t charge, especially during such a busy season. We lift this matter before the Lord, trusting that He is sovereign over all things—even the technology we rely on daily.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Savior. You are the Creator of all things, and nothing is beyond Your knowledge or control. We ask that You intervene in this situation and restore this phone to full function. You know the demands of this season and the importance of communication during this time. We pray for a swift and complete resolution so that this tool may serve its purpose without further hindrance.

We are reminded in Philippians 4:19 that You will supply every need of ours according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Lord, we trust that even in small things like this, You care for us. Help us to remember that our dependence is on You, not on the devices we use. If this trial is meant to draw our attention back to You, we ask for patience and faith to see Your hand at work.

We also rebuke any spirit of frustration or anxiety that may be trying to take hold. The enemy seeks to steal our peace, but we stand on Your promise in John 14:27: "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful." Fill this heart with Your peace, Lord, and help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

If there is any lesson to be learned through this inconvenience—perhaps a reminder to slow down, to rely more fully on You, or to practice gratitude—we ask that You reveal it in Your perfect timing. Above all, may this situation not distract from the true meaning of Christmas: the celebration of Your Son, Jesus Christ, coming into the world to save us from our sins.

We declare that this phone will charge again, not by our own strength, but by Your mercy and grace. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in You, and we give You all the glory. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
