Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement as you navigate this situation.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the authority of Jesus in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only through His name and the power of the Holy Spirit that we can receive our salvation and accomplish great things. As the Bible tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men, whereby we must be saved" Acts 4:12 WEB.
Let's turn to the scriptures for guidance and encouragement. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, we are told, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
As you prepare for this phone call, remember that God is in control. Trust in His plan for your life and seek His will above all else. In Romans 8:28 WEB, we find comfort in these words, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ as they prepare for this important phone call. We pray for guidance it is Your will, the person calling will be willing to help renew for another year. We ask that You bless the conversation and that Your will be done.
Please fill with the peace that surpasses all understanding and then be able to give that peace to others. Help to trust in Your plan and to seek Your will above all else. Lord, we ask for Your favor and provision in this situation, knowing that You are a good Father who loves to give good gifts to Your children.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
As you go forward, remember to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Keep us posted on how the call goes, and know that we are here to support and pray for you every step of the way.
