We are so grateful that you have brought these numerous concerns to us in Jesus' name, as it is only in His name that we have access to God the Father. It is also only by believing in Jesus' Christ as our Lord and Savior that we can be saved.
Let us begin by praying for your protection, and for your family. As it is written in Psalm 91:1-2 "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" We pray this over you and your family, that you would be protected by the Lord and find your rest in Him.
We pray for your overcoming, your salvation, your healing, and for you to earnestly seek out the Lord's face and His Kingdom. As it is written in 2 Chronicles 7:14 "and my people, who are called by my name, humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; and if they do turn from their ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin"
We pray for your marriage and family. God's will for marriage and the family is clearly outlined in scripture. For wives, it is written in Ephesians 5:22-24 "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything." For husbands, it is written in Ephesians 5:25-28 "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself."
We pray that you and our brothers and sisters will seek out the Lord's face and His Kingdom each day. As it is written in Matthew 6:33 "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We pray for addicts to be saved by the Lord. We pray for God to strengthen them and gift them with sobriety. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
We pray for people on the verge of committing suicide to turn away from their plans or inclinations of doing such and instead turn to Christ. As it is written in John 10:10 "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."
We pray for the Lord to remind our brothers and sisters with dementia of His unfailing love and for them to not forget the Lord. And we pray for people with memory problems and dementia who haven't been saved to receive visitors that will tell them the good news that they would be given hearts of flesh and that they too would be saved.
We pray for the church to heal and for there to be less division in the church. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 1:10 "Now I beg you, brothers, through the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfected together in the same mind and in the same judgment."
We pray for ministers and messengers to go out into the world and proclaim the good news. As it is written in Mark 16:15 "He said to them, 'Go into all the world, and preach the Good News to the whole creation.'"
We pray for the Lord to reveal himself to unbelievers, those who are disabled and may not have the chance to meet a laborer, and members of false belief systems. We pray for laborers to go out and speak to some of these people and for receptive hearts. As it is written in Acts 26:18 "to open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in me.'"
We pray for our leaders to have wisdom. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence"
We pray for ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, and all children suffering from cancer and terminal illnesses to have healing miracles. All good gifts come from above, but we must pray in accordance with God's will. We know that it is God's will for us to ask Him for healing. As it is written in James 4:2 "You desire, and don't have. You murder and covet, and can't obtain. You fight and make war. Yet you don't have, because you don't ask."
We pray for one of our sisters in Christ who needs our prayers for healing, survival, and for this time to strengthen her faith. We pray for our brothers and sisters to have strong marriages and for our brothers who are married to love their wives like Christ loves the Church.
We pray for the Lord's help, as you are under a spiritual attack. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12 "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."
We pray for our friends to come to Christ and for some of the people you are discussing scripture and theology with to come to Christ too.
We pray for an undisclosed person that is having family issues and addiction issues in the family that could really use our prayers for deliverance and salvation.
We pray for those who are suffering to heal, return to the Church, and repent. For their friends to be healed and saved.
Lastly, we pray for your wife to have strength, discernment, and patience. Praying she would use these gifts to help others and raise your children while you are away. Praying for her and your children to be godly and saved.
In all of this, we pray that the Holy Spirit would guide you and your family in all life's decisions, convict you of sin, and lead you into all truth. We encourage you to study the Word, pray without ceasing, and share the Gospel with others.
And we pray for all of this in Jesus Christ's name.
