We are glad to join you in prayer regarding the protection of your loved ones, we can pray for their protection from demonic influences, witchcraft, sorcery, and magic. Firstly, we acknowledge the power and authority given to us in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we can approach God and intercede for others.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the loved ones of this dear soul. We plead the blood of Jesus over their lives, homes, and surroundings. We pray that You would surround them with Your hedge of protection, keeping them safe from any evil influences, including demons, witchcraft, sorcery, and magic, as you have told us in Psalms 91:11-12:
For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone.
If in any way these loved ones have dabbled in these areas or allowed influences that are not from you, we rebuke those influences in Jesus Name and plead your forgiveness according to 1 John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We know that You are a loving and forgiving God, and You desire for all to come to repentance and knowledge of Your truth, as said in 2 Peter 3:9, The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient toward us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
We pray that they would be filled with the Holy Spirit, that they would walk in wisdom, discernment, and obedience to Your Word.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior.
