We understand that you are seeking a permanent job and have asked for God's blessing. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We should always pray in the name of Jesus. John 14:13 WEB says, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." So, let us pray together for your situation, aligning our hearts with God's will.
Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a permanent job. We ask that You would guide them to the right position, one that not only meets their needs but also allows them to use their gifts and talents for Your glory. We know that You have a purpose and a plan for each of us, and we trust that Your will is perfect.
We also pray that they will be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and grace to those around them.
Remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
Work is not just a means to an end but an opportunity to serve the Lord, and we trust that God will provide the right job.
It is important to be always consistently looking for God's hand to provide the right job in Jesus' name. We should not look for just any job but one that is fitting and God honoring that allows the gospel to be lived out and spread in the workplace.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
