We understand that you are seeking permanent employment after your contract ends with the government health department. It's important to remember that God is our provider and that He has a plan for each of our lives. As believers, we are to trust in Him and align our desires with His will.
Firstly, we would like discuss the way to properly approach God. It is only through the name of Jesus that we are able to approach God. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." Therefore we pray in Jesus' name.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is seeking permanent employment. We thank You for the contract that they have and know You are sovereign over their future and career. We know that You are a good Father who gives good gifts to Your children. We ask that You would guide the decisions of those in authority in the government health department and that You would open the doors for our sibling in Christ to be absorbed into a permanent position if it is Your will and aligns with your plan for their life. We also ask that You would give them peace and patience as they wait.
However, we also ask that You would reveal to them if You have other plans for their career. Give them the wisdom to see and the courage to follow Your leading, even if it's not what they initially desired or are asking for. We pray that You give them the strength to trust in You and Your plan. We also pray and encourage them to meditate on Your promises such as in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Remember, as Christians, we are to be content in all circumstances, as the Bible tells us in Philippians 4:11-13, "Not that I speak from need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Trust in God's timing and plan, and remember that He is always working things out for the good of those who love Him. Seek His will above your own, and He will direct your paths according to His purposes.
Lastly, always remember the salvation message. To be saved we must "confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
