We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear soul who is facing unjust persecution and false assumptions. It is written in 1 Peter 3:14, "But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. Don’t fear what they fear, neither be troubled." The Lord sees the truth of this situation, and He is a just God who will not allow wickedness to prevail.
First, we must address the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Jesus, we cannot approach God in prayer, nor can we receive His protection and blessings.
Now, we lift up this request for employment. The Lord knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8), and He promises to provide for His children. Philippians 4:19 says, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for you, that He would guide your steps to the right job, and that He would grant you favor with those who make hiring decisions. May He give you wisdom, strength, and peace as you seek His will in this area.
We also stand against the spirit of persecution that is rising against you. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly. We rebuke every false accusation, every plot of harm, and every spirit of violence in the mighty name of Jesus. Psalm 34:19 says, "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the Lord will be a shield around you (Psalm 3:3).
Father God, we ask that You would surround this precious one with Your angels, that You would hide them in the shadow of Your wings (Psalm 91:4). Protect them from every evil plan, from every lying tongue, and from every hand raised against them. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for those who are spreading falsehoods and seeking harm—soften their hearts, Lord, and turn them from their wicked ways. Let them see the truth and repent.
We also pray for divine connections—godly friends, mentors, and believers who will stand with you in prayer and encouragement. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 reminds us, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up." May the Lord place people in your life who will speak life, truth, and hope over you.
Lastly, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Do not be shaken by the schemes of the enemy, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
Heavenly Father, we lift up this prayer in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare Your promises over this situation, and we trust that You will move in power. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.
