Pending Divorce

My son accepted Christs 2 years ago and is walking with Christ. His wife has asked him for a divorce, they have 2 children. She moved out Christmas Day. with the children. My son wants peace, God's will and healing for his family . She has made it VERY dirty, filled with manipulation, lies, a smear campaign. (I love my daughter-in law, and her actions have been a total shock) Please add my son and his wife to your prayer list

My prayer is that Jesus will open her heart to His comfort and love and that she will accept Christ . That she will find help for her troubled heart. Please pray for my son's continued strength and protection by the blood of Jesus, that God's favor will be with him and he will continue to have divine connections every day. That he will have joint legal and physical custody of his children That my son will continue seeking God's will for his life. The children, are protected by the blood of Jesus, and they continue to desire to be with their daddy and that they will not believe the mistruths and manipulations that they are given. That God will cause those speaking evil, mistruths and damaging motivations will be silenced. Give God's peace and healing to all involved, that the glory of God can be witnessed.

God of infinite love and understanding,

pour out your healing Spirit upon her son and daughter-in-law as they reflect upon the failure of their marriage and make a new beginning.

Where there is hurt or bitterness,

grant healing of memories,

and the ability to put behind the things that are past.

Where feelings of despair or worthlessness flood in,

nurture the spirit of hope and confidence,

that by your grace, tomorrow can be better than yesterday.

Where each looks within and discovers faults

that have contributed to the destruction of the marriage,

and have hurt other people,

grant forgiveness for what is past,

and growth in all that makes for new life.

Bring healing to their children, and help us minister your healing to them.

We pray for other family and friends,

for the healing of their hurts, and the acceptance of new realities.

All this we ask in the name of the One

who sets us free and makes all things new,

Jesus Christ our Savior.

Heavenly Father,

We are raising this humble prayer request of Pam and John for their son and his wife and their kids.

Please grant the prayer request according to your will at the right appointed time

What you need to do, is to put your will over completely into the hands of your Lord, surrendering to Him the entire control of it.

Say, "Yes, Lord, YES!" to everything, and trust Him to work in you to will, as to bring your whole wishes and affections into conformity with His own sweet, and lovable, and most lovely will.

It is wonderful , what miracles God works in wills , that are utterly surrendered to Him.

He turns hard things into easy, and bitter things into sweet. It is not that He puts easy things in the place of the hard, but He actually changes the hard thing into an easy one.

His purposes will ripen fast, Unfolding every hour, The bud may have a bitter taste, But sweet will be the flower.

Jesus, we are waiting in Hope patiently, waiting expectantly for the intangible to become reality.
