We understand that you are seeking peace and guidance as you navigate your resignation from your current employment. Firstly, we commend you for including Jesus' name in your prayer request.
Let us come before God in prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Your child who is seeking Your protection and guidance during this transitional period. We pray, Lord, that You cover them with the precious blood of Jesus from head to toe, shielding their physical and mental health. Surround them with Your holy angels, guarding and directing their paths.
Father, You know the intentions of their heart. If it is Your will, grant them the opportunity to move their office chair back home peacefully, without any damage or hindrance. We ask that You clear the way, that there will be no one to disrupt or cause distress during this process.
Lord, we pray for Your peace to fill them today and throughout next Monday. Shield them from being forced to engage in or sign any illegal documents. Guide their steps, that they may tender their resignation peacefully, without confrontation or persuasion from the management, HR, COO, or CEO. May they accept the resignation graciously and expedite the final payment, adhering to the ordinance without delay.
In Jesus' name, we pray for open doors to new opportunities that align with Your will and purpose for their life. May they find rest and reassurance in Your promise: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares Yahweh, "plans for wholeness and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB).
Lord, we also pray for the management and the company, that You guide them towards compliance and integrity in their dealings. We ask that You turn their hearts towards You, that they may seek Your will in all their endeavors.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, trusting that God is working behind the scenes to bring about His purpose for your life. Remember, "All things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28 (WEB).
Stand firm in your conviction to uphold integrity and compliance. It is commendable that you do not want to partake in any wrongdoing. Remember, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB).
Lastly, trust in God's timing for your future employment. He knows your needs and has the power to provide. "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Matthew 6:33 (WEB).
