We see how heavily your heart is burdened with responsibilities, and we want to encourage you with the words of our Lord: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB). Jesus does not call us to carry these burdens alone—He invites us to cast them upon Him, trusting that He will sustain us.
First, let us address your health. You have asked for healing from diabetes, blood pressure issues, and sciatica pain. We know that God is our healer, and we claim His promises over your body. *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds."* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB). We pray that the Lord will touch your body and restore you to complete health, that every cell and nerve would align with His perfect design. While it is good to work diligently and seek provision, we must also remember that our trust should not be in money or success, but in the Lord who provides. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). We pray that God will open doors for your business, bringing the right candidates and recruiters who will work with integrity and excellence. May He bless the work of your hands and grant you favor in every negotiation and partnership. For your husband’s business, we ask that the Lord will guide him in creating a quality product and connect him with an investor who aligns with godly principles. May both of your endeavors bring glory to God and not become idols that distract from your first love for Christ.
We notice your desire for financial independence from your husband, and while it is wise to save and prepare for the future, we must also examine the heart behind this request. Marriage is a covenant designed by God where two become one flesh, and this unity includes mutual support, trust, and interdependence. *"Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. You have also shared about the dynamics in your marriage, asking that your husband would value you, be thankful for your support, and love you well. This is a deeply valid desire, and we pray that the Lord will work in his heart to recognize and cherish you as his helper and wife. *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for it... Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself."* (Ephesians 5:25, 28, WEB). We pray that your husband will reflect Christ’s love for the church in the way he treats you—with sacrifice, honor, and gratitude. Regarding your daughter, we lift her up to the Lord, asking that He would surround her with godly friends who will encourage her in her faith and studies. *"Don’t be deceived! ‘Evil companionships corrupt good morals.’"* (1 Corinthians 15:33, WEB).
