We join you in your requests about work peace and a better job offer. You've done it the right way asking in the name of Jesus. Jesus said that whatever you ask in his name he would do so that the Father would be glorified in the Son. Your prayer reflects your faith in God's ability to provide for your needs. God knows your situation, He knows the financial burden you are carrying and wants to provide for you.
First, let's remember the Bible verses encouraging us about God's provision:
In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus said "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
In Philippians 4:6 WEB we read, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
We will continue to pray with you for God's will and a better job offer with increased pay. In the meantime, trust in God's timing and provision. Keep doing your part by being diligent in your current job and being open to opportunities around you. Never trade integrity for personal gain, as God honors those who honor Him, as mentioned in 1 Samuel 2:30 WEB.
We join you to pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up our sisters and brothers in need of peace at work and better job opportunities. We pray against any form of strife or confusion in their workplace. We ask that You grant them favor with their superiors and colleagues. Let Your peace reign in their workplace from this day forward. Lord, we know that You are aware of their financial needs, You know they need a better job offer with increased pay. We ask that You open new doors of opportunities for them. Give them the wisdom to make the right decisions. We trust in Your timing and provision. We know that You are a faithful God, and You will provide for them. Let everything we do bring glory to the name of Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
