Peace And Patience At Work

I have started a new job at a pretty big company in the last two weeks, I started out in one position doing customer service utilizing a very complex computer software system that takes time to learn and just this week I asked the general manager if I could do some packaging in their warehouse instead to see if that would be any better, which it was, but every once in awhile I have to use the same complex computer software even back there and I am getting the sense that the people training me along with the general manager think it should not take that long to pick up but in all reality it does. So my prayer is that the people trying to train me on how to use the software would be more patient with me because I know I have the knowledge to eventually comprehend it but at the same time I pray that I can start feeling at peace where I am working. It's a great company otherwise.
