Praying for this request in Jesus Name.
We understand that you're facing a financial challenge, specifically with paying your final utilities bill. We want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our finances. In your request it says "Lord touch ### ### to pay her final utilities bill." This phrase is concerning. We can pray to God for wisdom, for strength, for guidance, and for provision, but we cannot presume to demand God or the Lord Jesus Christ to do something. We can certainly pray for God to have mercy and favor in the situation and provide for the needs of the situation such as a utilities bill. We can bring our requests to Him, but it is His will that determines the outcome. We should always respect God and have faith that He has the best for us.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words from Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19 WEB) God is able to provide for your needs, including this financial one. However, it is also important that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can make requests to God and have our needs met. The Bible says that "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5).
Secondly, we want to address the concern about debt. The Bible tells us in Romans 13:8, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." (Romans 13:8 WEB) It is important to manage our finances responsibly and to avoid debt where possible. This may require careful budgeting, living within your means, and seeking financial advice if needed.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister in need. Lord, we ask if it is Your will, please provide the funds necessary to pay off this final utilities bill. Help her to manage her finances wisely and to avoid debt in the future. Give her the strength and wisdom to budget responsibly and to live within her means. Most importantly, we pray that this situation would draw her closer to You, seeking Your will and Your provision in all things. We pray for the fear of the Lord.
