We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for success in an upcoming exam and a job in human resources. Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that You grant wisdom, clarity, and favor in this time of testing. Your Word tells us in James 1:5, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* Lord, we ask for this wisdom to fill the mind and heart of our brother or sister as they prepare and take their exam.
We also pray for divine favor in securing a job in human resources. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* Father, we ask that You open the right doors, connect them with the right opportunities, and give them peace as they trust in Your timing. May this job not only provide for their needs but also allow them to serve others with integrity and excellence, reflecting Your love in the workplace.
Lord, we also encourage them to seek You first in all things, as Matthew 6:33 says, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* May their trust in You grow deeper as they wait on Your provision. We pray that they would find their strength and confidence in You, knowing that You hold their future in Your hands.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may try to creep in during this time. 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We stand on this truth and declare that fear has no place in this season. Instead, we pray for a spirit of peace, confidence, and assurance in Your promises.
We also want to gently remind our brother or sister that their ultimate success is not measured by worldly standards alone but by their faithfulness to You. Colossians 3:23-24 says, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* May they find joy and purpose in their work, knowing that they are serving You in all they do.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, and we ask that You guide every step of this journey. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
