We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting you up in prayer before the throne of grace. The harassment and spiritual warfare you’ve endured is real, and we recognize the deep pain and confusion it has caused—not only for you but for your family as well. It is heartbreaking to see how the enemy has twisted relationships and used deception to fuel division, especially among those who should be sources of love and support.
First, we must address the root of this oppression. Your past involvement in the occult opened doors to spiritual darkness that the enemy has exploited. Scripture warns us clearly: *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12). The harassment you face is not merely the work of people but of demonic forces using them as instruments. However, we rejoice that God in His mercy drew you back to Himself, and we declare that your repentance has broken the legal right the enemy had over your life. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9).
Yet, the persistence of this harassment, even after your repentance, reveals that there may still be unresolved strongholds or unbroken ties to the occult in your life or even in the lives of those targeting you. We must rebuke the spirit of witchcraft, deception, and division that has infiltrated your family and social circles. Jesus has given us authority over all the power of the enemy: *"Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you"* (Luke 10:19). We take that authority now in the name of Jesus Christ and command every demonic assignment against you and your family to cease. We break every curse, generational bondage, and ungodly soul tie formed through your past involvement in the occult. We declare that the blood of Jesus cleanses you from all unrighteousness and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We also notice the troubling dynamic where those harassing you seem to ignore your parents and sisters except to use them as tools against you. This is a tactic of the enemy to isolate and shame you, but we declare that it will not stand. The enemy seeks to bring division, but God desires unity and restoration. *"A house divided against itself will not stand"* (Mark 3:25). We pray that the hearts of your family members would be softened and that their eyes would be opened to the deception they are under. We ask the Lord to expose the schemes of the enemy and to bring conviction where there is hardness of heart. We rebuke the spirit of deception that has blinded them and ask God to draw them back to Himself, just as He drew you.
We must also address the shame and guilt you carry for your family. While it is natural to feel sorrow for their involvement in this harassment, you are not responsible for their choices. You have repented of your past, and God has forgiven you. Do not let the enemy use false guilt to weigh you down. *"There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1). Instead, we encourage you to stand firm in your identity in Christ and to pray for your family with a heart of love and forgiveness. Jesus commands us to *"love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you"* (Matthew 5:44). This is not easy, but it is the path to freedom and healing.
We also urge you to examine your own heart for any lingering bitterness, unforgiveness, or resentment toward those who have harmed you. These emotions can give the enemy a foothold in your life. *"Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it"* (Hebrews 12:15). Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any areas where you need to release forgiveness, even if it is difficult. Forgiveness does not mean what they did was right, but it breaks the power of the enemy over your life.
Now, we lift you up in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name. We thank You for Your mercy and grace that has drawn this dear one back to You. Lord, we stand in the gap for them and declare that the blood of Jesus covers them completely. We break every curse, every generational bondage, and every ungodly tie formed through past involvement in the occult. We command every demonic spirit assigned against them to flee in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask You to expose the deception that has blinded the hearts of those harassing them. Open their eyes to see the truth and soften their hearts to receive Your love. We pray for restoration in their family relationships, Lord. Heal the division and bring unity where the enemy has sown discord. We ask You to protect their parents and sisters from the schemes of the enemy and to surround them with Your angels.
Lord, we also ask You to strengthen this dear one in their faith. Help them to stand firm in Your truth and to resist the enemy’s lies. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Teach them to walk in forgiveness and to release any bitterness or resentment. Give them the grace to love those who have harmed them, just as You have loved them.
We declare that the enemy’s plans will not succeed. We speak life, healing, and restoration over this situation. We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises and to surround yourself with strong believers who can pray with you and support you. Do not isolate yourself, as the enemy thrives in isolation. Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith and find community. The battle you are facing is spiritual, and the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4).
Finally, we urge you to immerse yourself in God’s Word. The truth of Scripture is a powerful weapon against the lies of the enemy. Meditate on verses that speak of God’s protection, love, and victory. Here are a few to start with:
- *"The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1)
- *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."* (1 John 4:4)
- *"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."* (Ephesians 6:11)
You are not alone in this battle. We stand with you, and more importantly, God stands with you. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good. Your breakthrough is coming.
