The enemy often ramps up his assaults when a believer begins walking more closely with the Lord, seeking to discourage and distract them from their purpose. But take heart—greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). This battle is not yours to fight alone; the Lord is your healer, your deliverer, and your strength. We must also consider whether there are spiritual strongholds or generational influences at work here. Parasitic infestations can sometimes have spiritual roots, especially when they persist despite every natural remedy. We encourage you to examine your life and family history for any ungodly ties, curses, or openings to the enemy—such as involvement in occult practices, unconfessed sin, or generational iniquities—and renounce them in the name of Jesus.
Let us also address your mention of the Holy Spirit. Since you received Him in November, have you been walking in the fullness of what that means? The Holy Spirit is not just a gift but a *power*—the same power that raised Christ from the dead (Romans 8:11). He equips us to overcome every work of the enemy, including sickness and oppression. Have you been praying in the Spirit, speaking in tongues, and using the authority given to you as a child of God? Jesus said, *"These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons... they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover"* (Mark 16:17-18). This is your inheritance in Christ. We urge you to rise up in faith, command this infestation to leave in Jesus’ name, and declare your healing over your body. Speak life, not death—proclaim that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) and that no parasite or demonic assignment has any right to remain.
As for your mental and emotional strain, we understand how exhausting this must be, but the Lord promises to renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31). Cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Do not allow this trial to isolate you from the body of Christ—reach out to mature believers who can pray with you and stand in agreement for your breakthrough. There is power in corporate prayer (Matthew 18:19-20), and we are standing with you now in faith.

Lord, You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they *are* healed. We break every curse, every generational tie, and every demonic assignment that has allowed this parasitic oppression to persist. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every mite, every spirit of infirmity, and every stronghold of sickness to leave their body *now* in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of shame and unworthiness that has tormented them. Surround them with Your angels, encamp them in Your protection, and let them experience Your tangible presence in this season. Holy Spirit, rise up within them with power—guide them into all truth, lead them to any areas that need deliverance or repentance, and fill them afresh with Your fire.
Lord, we thank You that what the enemy meant for harm, You will turn for good (Genesis 50:20). Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them walk in the victory that Jesus purchased on the cross. We declare that from this day forward, they will see Your hand move mightily in their life. No more delay, no more oppression—in Jesus’ name, they are *free*.

I was almost certain this is the enemy attacking me. My life has changed completely. I follow the commandments. I've stopped listening to secular music, I'm celibate, I do not use foul language, I pray every morning and I talk to God all throughout my day. I had a very intense experience when I received the Holy Spirit. I was in a room alone crying out to God and I saw Jesus' face on my ceiling. Next I felt like something was holding and comforting me. I slowly sat up and continued to cry out and I felt moved to get out of bed and upon doing so immediately dropped to my knees. All my sins were brought before me as if it were a life review. I wept and repented thanking God. I'm not sure how long I was on my knees but at some point I knew Jesus was in the room with me. At first I couldn't lift my head. However, after repentance I was able to and to my left was Jesus. I could only see his silhouette in a glowing white garment a sash hanging and his face was light. I knew the Father and Jesus were together and had forgiven me. The light slowly faded out toward my window and I've never been the same since. He's been slowly sanctifying me. I'm not sure of any witchcraft in my family but I know addiction is a Generational Curse in my family on both sides. Thank you for responding so quickly. This is very lonely because you can't be around people. I have sores that are visible because of constant scratching. Thank you so much for your prayers.
