We are truly sorry to hear about the health challenges being faced. We stand with you in faith, believing that our God is a God of miracles and healing. Let us remind ourselves of God's promise in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB: "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
We also take this opportunity to remind everyone that healing is indeed a benefit of belonging to God, received by faith in the finished work of Christ. It is by his stripes that we are healed, as prophesied in Isaiah 53:5 and confirmed in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB: "who his own self bare our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up your child who is in need of your divine healing touch. You are El Roi, the God who sees, and you have seen the suffering and the pain. We stand in faith, believing that what has been seen before will not be seen again. We claim your promises of healing and wholeness, and we command every form of sickness and disease to leave right now in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank you, Father, for your healing power and for the restoration of health and strength. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage everyone to stand firmly on the word of God and to continually confess their faith in God's healing power. It is important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If there is any uncertainty about salvation through Jesus Christ, we encourage a confession of faith in Him and a decision to follow Him as Lord and Savior.
