Paolo told me that he want to be my partner with one

Paolo told me that he want to be my partner with one Uber, then I buy the car. But he keep the papers, I sended him the money, but now one month later he changes, now he tells me that it's not an Uber and we have diferent conditions in the contrat Of course he is stolen me. I ask God that he put this car (a hunday) out of order and that he Paolo cant buy the pice. That he cant use the car that I pay in any way and that he understand that he cant laugh of me or stole me.
