We lift up this beloved one before the Lord, who is suffering from crippling panic attacks as the sun sets. How deeply the enemy seeks to steal peace and fill hearts with fear, but we declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 56:3, *"Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in you."* And in Philippians 4:6-7, we are commanded, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*
This is not a battle against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, commanding it to flee from this child of God. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6), and His perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who is battling overwhelming panic. Lord, You know the depths of their struggle, and You see the torment they endure. We ask that You wrap them in Your peace, which transcends all understanding. Fill their heart with Your presence, Lord, and remind them that You are near—always near.
Father, we break every assignment of the enemy against this person. We bind every spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression, and we command them to leave now in Jesus' name. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your truth be their anchor. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and finisher of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).
Lord, we pray for supernatural strength and courage. When the panic rises, let them remember Your promises: *"You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace because they trust in you"* (Isaiah 26:3). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who is their Comforter and Guide. Let them rest in the assurance that You are sovereign over every moment, and nothing can separate them from Your love (Romans 8:38-39).
We also pray for wisdom, Father. If there are underlying issues—physical, emotional, or spiritual—that need to be addressed, reveal them and provide the right help and support. Surround this person with godly counsel, loving believers, and medical professionals if needed. Let them not walk this path alone but feel the body of Christ uplifting them in prayer.
Lord, we thank You that You are greater than any fear, any panic, any attack of the enemy. We declare victory in Jesus' name, for He has already overcome the world (John 16:33). Let this truth resonate deep within their soul.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to meditate on God’s Word daily, especially verses that speak of His peace and protection. Play worship music to fill your home with the presence of God, and call on Him the moment you feel the panic rising. You are not alone in this—Jesus is with you, and He is fighting for you. Stand firm in faith, and do not let the enemy convince you that this battle is yours to fight alone. It is the Lord’s, and He has already won.
If you have not already, we urge you to invite Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Savior if you haven’t. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome (John 14:6). If you’d like to know more about salvation or need further prayer, let us know—we are here to stand with you.
Finally, we also encourage you to seek fellowship with other believers. There is strength in the body of Christ, and sometimes, speaking your fears aloud to a trusted brother or sister can help break their power. You are loved, you are seen, and you are more than a conqueror through Christ (Romans 8:37). Keep fighting the good fight of faith!
