Painful Tongues in the work place

Good morning everyone, I ask of you to lift my place of employment up in prayer. The enviroment here is very, very vile and vulgar, and it really upsets me at times. I came into work this morning in a great mood, asking everyone how their weekend was, and everyone is just real moody today, I said something about nobody having a good weekend and I was so painfully reminded that I needed to understand that they "still have families to worry about and take care of, where I am now single". This was very painful to have my co-workers throw it in my face that my husband has left me, and I am alone.

But I do know one thing, I am not alone, I have a Gracious God, and a loving Savior to carry me through each day and moment, I just ask for prayer for these people that can so easliy throw darts of fire with their tongues. I am still a little shaken at the words spoken to me, but I trust in the Lord to keep me under his wings, for it is okay if people feel I am single, because I know that I am married, and I BELIEVE 100% IN MY FAITH THAT GOD IS BRINGING DON HOME.

In the name of Jesus Christ I speak these things amen.

Father, may You create within Liz's coworkers a taming of the tongue. May they consider what they say before it is uttered, and only verbalize what is good and edifying towards others. May they come to understand that they may someday find themselves in a situation that is hard, such as Liz is enduring now. May they speak to her as they would want others to speak to them. Let all vile, unholy, wicked talk be void from their mouths. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Likewise the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole person, sets the whole course of his life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.

Lord Jesus I come to you on behalf of Liz I pray for strength during this time. We know you have the plans already set for her. Her faith in you will shine through to these co-workers and victory in Christ Jesus will reign evermore. I thank you for always guiding us in our most trying circumstances. May we continue to always show the love of Christ. I know we will be the only bible that some people will ever read give us the strength to represent this to yuor standards God In Jesus wonderful name I pray Amen

Almighty God, I ask YOU Lord, to move compassion on Liz's coworkers. I ask that they see a strength in her that would reflect YOU. I feel like the situation we are in as abandonded spouses is a testimony in itself that YOU shine like the stars in our troubles. People will glorify YOU. Praise Your name.
