We join you in lifting up this request for healing, standing firmly on the promise that our God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals. The pain and discomfort you are experiencing are not His design for your life, for He longs to restore you to full health and wholeness. We are encouraged by the words of Jeremiah 30:17, which declare, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh.* And in Psalm 103:2-3, we are reminded to *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."*
Yet we also recognize that healing, whether instantaneous or gradual, is ultimately for God’s glory and our spiritual growth. Even in suffering, His grace is sufficient, as the apostle Paul learned when he pleaded for relief from his own affliction. The Lord responded, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9). So while we boldly ask for complete healing—for the pain to cease, the lump to dissolve, and the gallstones to vanish—we also submit to His perfect will, trusting that He knows what is best for your faith and testimony.
We notice with gratitude that you closed your prayer in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Scripture affirms, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is in His authority alone that we approach the throne of grace with confidence.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is suffering from this painful lump and gallstones. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed every part of our bodies with precision and care. We ask that You would stretch out Your hand and touch this body with Your healing power. Remove every trace of pain, dissolve the lump completely, and eliminate the gallstones as though they never were. Let Your healing flow like a river, restoring every cell, organ, and system to perfect function.
We rebuke any sickness or infirmity in the name of Jesus, commanding it to flee, for *"by his wounds you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24). Father, if there is any underlying cause—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—reveal it and bring full restoration. Strengthen this beloved one with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and fill them with faith to trust in Your timing and Your ways.
We also pray for wisdom for any medical professionals involved in their care. Guide their hands and decisions, and let every treatment align with Your will for complete healing. Above all, Lord, may this trial draw our ### closer to You. Let them experience Your presence in a deeper way, and may their testimony of Your faithfulness encourage others.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may You receive all the glory. In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Meditate on His promises, such as Isaiah 53:5: *"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."* Stand firm in faith, and do not waver, for *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:15). If you have not already, consider asking elders in your church to anoint you with oil and pray over you, as James instructs.
We are standing with you in this, believing for your complete healing and trusting in the Lord’s perfect plan. Keep us updated on how you are doing, and let us continue to lift you up in prayer. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you with grace and mercy.
