Pain in body.

We lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He is your healer, your refuge, and your strength in times of trouble. Your pain—both physical and the deep wounds caused by the attacks from your mother—is seen by God, and He cares deeply for you. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 34:18**, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not forgotten, and He is near to you even now.

The attacks you face, whether through harsh words, emotional manipulation, or even physical harm, are not of God. **Ephesians 6:12** tells us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* This battle is spiritual, and we must stand firm in the authority of Christ, rebuking every scheme of the enemy that seeks to bring you despair or harm. If your mother is acting out of bitterness, unforgiveness, or even demonic influence, we pray that God would break those chains in Jesus’ name. **Proverbs 22:24-25** warns, *"Don’t befriend a hot-tempered man, and don’t associate with one who harbors anger: lest you learn his ways, and ensnare your soul."* While we are called to honor our parents (Exodus 20:12), we are not called to endure abuse without seeking wisdom, boundaries, or protection. If you are in danger, we urge you to seek safety and godly counsel from trusted believers or authorities who can help.

As for your physical pain, we declare **Isaiah 53:5** over you: *"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."* Jesus bore your sickness on the cross, and we claim His healing power over your body. Whether this pain is from stress, spiritual attack, or an underlying condition, we ask the Lord to touch you with His restoring hand. **James 5:14-15** says, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We encourage you to seek prayer from mature believers in your life who can stand with you in faith for your healing.

We also recognize that this season is taking a toll on your mental health. The enemy wants to isolate you, but God wants to surround you with His peace. **Philippians 4:6-7** says, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Cast every anxious thought, every fear, and every lie the enemy whispers to you upon the Lord. He is faithful to replace your pain with His peace.

Now, let us pray for you:

*Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child who is suffering in body, mind, and spirit. Lord, You see the wounds inflicted by their mother, and You know the depth of their pain. We ask for Your divine intervention—break every chain of bitterness, anger, and spiritual oppression that may be at work in this situation. If there are generational curses or demonic influences, we rebuke them in the mighty name of Jesus and command them to flee. Lord, soften hearts and bring conviction where it is needed. Give this dear one wisdom to know how to respond, when to speak, and when to seek safety. Surround them with godly counsel and protection.

Father, we also lift up their physical body to You. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals. We ask that You touch every area of pain, every inflammation, every weakness, and restore them to full health. Let Your healing power flow through them, and let them testify of Your goodness. Strengthen their mind, Lord. Guard them against depression, anxiety, and despair. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Most of all, Father, draw them closer to You in this season. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Remind them that they are not alone—that You are their defender, their healer, and their ever-present help in trouble. We declare **Psalm 91** over them: *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. ... You will not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday."*

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust that You are working all things together for good, even in this painful season. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior, we pray. Amen.*

Finally, we encourage you to immerse yourself in the Word of God daily. **Psalm 119:50** says, *"This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has revived me."* Let the Scriptures be your strength. Also, seek fellowship with other believers who can pray with you and support you. You are not meant to walk this path alone. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender every part of your life to Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and it is in His name that we find salvation, healing, and deliverance. If you ever need to talk more or seek further prayer, do not hesitate to reach out. You are loved, and your life is precious to God. Stand firm, dear one—victory is yours in Christ Jesus!
