Captain Hugo
Servant
Dear Father in Heaven,
I pray that as committed Christians, we live consistently and truthfully according to Your Word Lord and not be
swept away by the waves of godless ignorance storming all around us, especially during this holiday season.
I pray that You bestow upon us strength of faith, discernment in understanding, wisdom in decisions, and
endurance in actions to resist the historical and all-pervasive falsehoods cast over humanity, like a fisherman's net,
where only a few escape. Teach us how to be free from man's pagan beliefs and practices Lord.
You clearly warn us not to partake in the ways of the heathen; not to celebrate the Babylonian festivals that are
an abomination to You Lord. While professing to be a Christian but blatantly practising non-Christian lifestyles in
direct contradiction to Your Word is indeed intolerable hypocrisy. Look what Jesus says . . .
Let us heed the words of our ancient prophets . . .
Oh Dear Father, save us and separate us from the mindless insanity that society dictates and expects us to imitate.
However unpopular we may be with the masses, our eyes and hearts remain focussed on You Lord, no matter what.
In Your 2nd Commandment, You strictly caution us not to worship idols, yet so many follow the devilish tradition of Santa
Claus whose name is an all-too-obvious juggled spelling of Satan!
"You shall not make for yourself a carved image - any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath,
Like so many other ungodly rituals, You remind us that Christmas is not from You God, that it nowhere appears in the Bible, and has nothing to do
with Jesus, but stems from the superstitions of man and his corrupted church.
Let us always be reminded through Your Word Lord to live by Your Truth, and not to perpetuate a lifestyle based on lies.
in Jesus' name, I pray,
Amen!

"But why do you call Me 'Lord, Lord,' and not do the things which I say?"
(Luke 6: 46)
Let us heed the words of our ancient prophets . . .
"Thus says the LORD: 'Do not learn the way of the Gentiles.'" ("heathens" in KJV)
(Jeremiah 10: 2)
Oh Dear Father, save us and separate us from the mindless insanity that society dictates and expects us to imitate.
"And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what
is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God."
(Romans 12: 2)
However unpopular we may be with the masses, our eyes and hearts remain focussed on You Lord, no matter what.
"And you will be hated by all for My name's sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved."
(Matthew 10: 22)
In Your 2nd Commandment, You strictly caution us not to worship idols, yet so many follow the devilish tradition of Santa
Claus whose name is an all-too-obvious juggled spelling of Satan!
"You shall not make for yourself a carved image - any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath,
or that is in the water under the earth."
(Exodus 20: 4)
Like so many other ungodly rituals, You remind us that Christmas is not from You God, that it nowhere appears in the Bible, and has nothing to do

"Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition?"
(Matthew 15: 3)
"For the customs of the people are futile; for one cuts a tree from the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with an ax. They decorate it with silver and gold; they fasten it with nails and hammers so that it does not topple."
(Jeremiah 10: 3-4)

Amen!
