Dear Lord Jesus, I am commanded to pray constantly - and so this body can testify to my prayers regarding music that they are constant, I am here again to pray to You to ask for a small blessing of success in music. Lord, I have given my entire musical life to You, and my life daily belongs to You also, and I am not perfect, - but I sin both that I am aware of, and even when I am not aware - and I ask that You forgive me Jesus, and cover me with Your blood, and cloth me with love. God, please, show me that You're listening - that You care about what I am praying about - that the answer is coming. Or Lord, please strengthen me enough so that I can give up music entirely - it is one of the loves of my life, but Lord Jesus, if You don't want it for me - I would give it up to please You.
Lord, I am asking for an audience. Some say, and maybe they're telling the truth, and maybe not - Lord, You know their hearts, - that I am gifted in music. Some people just say that, but if I have a gift Lord, - why is it going to waste? I have invested my time and money, - but I feel that Your power on high is with-held from me, - I have not felt Your power making a way for me, - and instead I feel as if the things I have spent my time & life on, both of those things being valuable to me as Your creature, have gone completely to waste. There is no one appreciating the work, - and I myself don't have a bearing as to know what to feel about it.
Many of the lights in my life that would be guiding me, telling me to keep going, to encourage me - have gone completely silent. I have before, and today also I leave this in the hands of God to show me how You feel about it. Show me what to do - and God, open up the floodgates so that what I, Your creature, part of Your Son Jesus Christ's body on earth, have spent my life working on, watching the years go by without any fruits for harvest, can finally see people finding it - and maybe even be able to see prosperity from it. God, You have answered my prayers before - many fold, and above any earthly expectation - I do not doubt Your power God, not now, not then, and I hope I never will in the future.
I don't understand why my prayers of years have gone for so long without an answer that I understand from You, but I do not ascribe to You anything but ultimate power in this matter Lord, and in all matters, and I know that You are the Most Wise.
The time I have spent writing and practicing, recording and learning, it all feels for naught, and it is deadening my heart, and I can feel my soul losing its strength in me. It is a horrible feeling, Lord Jesus, to see my life's work, which contains messages from the bible, messages from Your mouth, go unnoticed. I feel like a tree falling and no one is around to hear it. And God, I am commanding the mountain to move, so that I can stand atop it. I am commanding the masses to come and hear the word of God, and the power of the gifts He's given me as His servant. I am commanding the doors to success to open, and I am commanding prosperity in my life to come in abundance, so that more good works are forthcoming, and I can return to the temple of God and offer praise to His holiness.
High Priest Jesus, please pray with me, and angels attending hear me also - you who are reading this - pray for me, pray in your heart that one small person's dreams and prayers can shine for the glory of God. I pray also with you, for your families, for your health, for your safety and your peace - for all comfort and love in every matter, and that God and every angel hears the words and the pleas you make to Our Lord Jesus, and that the Lord shows you how wonderful He is by answering your requests, by forgiving you of every sin, and by blessing you in all matters.
In the name of Jesus Christ who died and was resurrected, and in the name of His promises found in the bible I ask these things. Amen.
