We join you in lifting up your needs to our loving Father in heaven, who indeed knows your heart and has heard your words. We are reminded in Matthew 6:8, But your Father, who is in secret, sees. Your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
First, we want to emphasize the importance of asking in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Now, let us address your request. God, in His infinite mercy and grace, provides for us beyond measure. He knows our needs before we even ask, as it is written in Matthew 6:31-33, Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
We are all fallible and sometimes broken people, but God's grace is sufficient for us. He does not require us to prove our worth, for it is by His grace that we are saved, not by our own efforts. Ephesians 2:8-9 tells us, for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.
As Christians we are made in the image of God to receive His blessings. We are called to trust in God, even when we do not fully understand the energy of our requests or His plans for us. However, he does not answer prayers to the Christian who is living in sin and rebellion to God and is not pursuing righteousness with their live.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, You know their heart and have heard their words. We ask that You provide for them beyond measure, as You have promised in Your Word. Help us not to worry, but to trust in Your provision.
Father, we thank You that we do not have to prove our worth to receive Your blessings. We are fallible and sometimes broken, but Your grace is sufficient for us. You have made us in Your image, able to receive the greatness of Your gifts.
Help us, Lord, to trust in You, even when we do not fully understand Your plans. Give us the faith to believe that You see us and will bless us according to Your will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
