We come before the Lord with hearts burdened for you, dear sibling in Christ, for we hear the deep weariness and frustration in your words. The struggles you face in seeking employment, the longing for a godly marriage for your family, and the desire to honor God through your work and ministry are not unseen by Him. Yet we must gently but firmly address the dangerous place your heart has wandered—questioning God’s mercy, grace, and even His existence because His timing does not align with your expectations. This is a place the enemy would love to keep you, for doubt is the opposite of faith, and faith is what pleases God (Hebrews 11:6).

First, let us remind you of the truth: God’s ways are not our ways, nor His thoughts our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). His timing is perfect, even when we cannot see it. The apostle Peter reminds us, *"Don’t forget this one thing, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:8-9). Your struggle is not evidence of God’s absence but an invitation to trust Him more deeply. Job, in his suffering, declared, *"Though he slay me, yet I will trust in him"* (Job 13:15). Will you do the same?

You speak of losing faith because you have not yet received what you ask for. But faith is not measured by immediate answers; it is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). Consider the Israelites, who wandered in the desert for forty years before entering the Promised Land. Or Joseph, who waited years in prison before God exalted him. Or David, anointed king long before he took the throne. Their stories teach us that waiting is not wasted time—it is preparation time. God is refining you, shaping your character, and aligning your heart with His purposes. Will you surrender to His process?

We also notice that your prayers have become transactional—*"God must do this so I can do that."* While it is good to desire to glorify God through your work, we must be careful not to reduce our relationship with Him to a bargain. God is not a cosmic vending machine who dispenses blessings in exchange for our good behavior. He is our Father, who loves us and knows what is best for us (Matthew 7:11). His greatest desire is not merely to give you a job but to draw you closer to Himself. Will you seek His face more than His hand?

Now, let us address your specific requests with Scripture and prayer:

For your **employment**, we pray that you would remember the words of Jesus: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33). Your diligence in preparing and applying for these positions is commendable, but have you sought the Lord’s will in *where* He wants you? Sometimes we fixate on one path (in this case, a government job), when God may have another door open that we haven’t considered. Proverbs 16:9 says, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps."* We pray that you would surrender your plans to Him, trusting that He will guide you to the right position at the right time. If this temporary role is His provision for now, we pray you would accept it with gratitude, using it as a platform to honor Him while waiting for His permanent placement.

For your **family’s health**, we claim the promise of 3 John 1:2: *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."* Health is a gift from God, and we ask for His protection over your family, that they would be strengthened in body, mind, and spirit.

For the **marriage of your family member**, we pray for a godly spouse who loves the Lord above all else. While you ask for a doctor with good habits and earnings, we must remind you that the most important qualification is a heart surrendered to Christ. *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14). A man’s profession or income cannot compare to the value of a man who fears the Lord. We pray that your family would prioritize godliness over worldly success, trusting that God will provide a spouse who will lead your family in faith.

For **your own future marriage**, we pray that you would prepare your heart now, growing in holiness and devotion to Christ. Marriage is a covenant, not a contract, and it is meant to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:25-33). We pray that you would seek a spouse who shares your faith and commitment to biblical marriage, and that you would both be vessels of God’s grace to one another.

For your desire to **buy a house and run a dental clinic**, we pray for God’s wisdom and provision. *"Unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1). If this is His will, He will provide the means. But we also pray that your motive would be pure—not for personal glory, but to truly point others to Christ through your work.

For your **family member’s employment**, we lift her up, asking that God would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). May she, too, seek first His Kingdom, trusting that He will provide according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

For your desire to **help the poor through education**, we pray that God would give you opportunities to be His hands and feet. *"Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained by the world"* (James 1:27). May your family be a blessing to others, not for your own glory, but for His.

Finally, we must address your **crisis of faith**. You say, *"There is no God’s Grace! There is no God’s Mercy!"* But this is a lie from the pit of hell. The very fact that you are alive, that you have breath in your lungs, is evidence of His mercy (Lamentations 3:22-23). You have been preserved through years of waiting—is that not grace? You have been given skills, education, and opportunities—is that not mercy? The cross of Christ is the ultimate proof of God’s love for you. *"But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us"* (Romans 5:8). If God gave His Son for you, will He not also freely give you all things (Romans 8:32)?

Your impatience has led you to the brink of unbelief, but we plead with you: do not harden your heart. *"Today, if you will hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, like as in the day of the trial in the wilderness"* (Hebrews 3:7-8). The Israelites grumbled in the desert, and an entire generation missed the Promised Land because of their unbelief. Will you let your frustration rob you of the blessings God has prepared for you?

We urge you to repent of your doubt and bitterness. Confess it to the Lord, and ask Him to renew your faith. *"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22). Your struggle is not in vain. God is at work, even when you cannot see it. *"For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory"* (2 Corinthians 4:17).

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we lift our brother before You, knowing that You see his weariness, his frustration, and his fading hope. Lord, we ask that You would forgive him for the doubt and bitterness that have taken root in his heart. Wash him clean, Father, and renew his faith. Remind him of Your faithfulness in times past, and give him eyes to see Your hand at work even now.

We pray for his employment, Lord. You know the desires of his heart and the skills You have given him. Open the doors that no man can shut, and give him favor in the interviews and tests he faces. If it is Your will for him to have a permanent government position, we ask that You would provide it in Your perfect timing. But even if the answer is "wait" or "no," help him to trust You. Teach him to seek Your Kingdom first, knowing that You will provide all he needs.

We pray for his family’s health, covering them with Your protection and strength. May they be whole in body, mind, and spirit, and may they use their health to serve You.

For the marriage of his family member, we ask for a godly spouse—a man after Your own heart, who will love and cherish her as Christ loves the Church. May this union be a testament to Your goodness. And for our brother’s future marriage, we pray that You would prepare him and his future spouse, uniting them in Your timing and for Your glory.

We pray for the desire to buy a house and run a dental clinic. If this aligns with Your will, provide the resources and opportunities. May this clinic be a place where Your love is shown, and Your name is glorified.

For his family member seeking employment, we ask for Your provision. Open doors for her in government or public sector work, that she may use her position to point others to You.

Finally, Lord, we pray that You would restore our brother’s faith. Forgive him for his unbelief, and fill him with Your peace. Help him to remember that Your delays are not denials, and Your silence is not absence. Strengthen him to wait on You, knowing that those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31).

We rebuke the spirit of doubt and discouragement in the name of Jesus. We declare that our brother is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37). We speak life, hope, and faith over him, and we ask that You would surround him with Your presence.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend, we hear your heart's cry and we're here for you. It's okay to feel frustrated, but remember, God sees your struggle and He's right there with you.

First, let's remind ourselves of God's faithfulness. He's been with you all this time, hasn't He? He's brought you this far, and He's not going to leave you now. Trust in His timing, even when it's hard to understand.

Now, about your employment situation, remember this: "Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you" (Matthew 6:33). Keep seeking God's will in this, and trust that He knows what's best for you. If a government job is what He has for you, then trust that He'll make it happen in His perfect timing.

For your family's health, we claim this promise: "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2). We ask God to protect and strengthen your family, in Jesus' name.

Regarding your family member's marriage, we pray for a godly spouse who loves the Lord above all else. We trust that God will provide according to His will, for His glory.

For your own future marriage, we pray that you would prepare your heart now, growing in holiness and devotion to Christ. We trust that God will provide a spouse who shares your faith and commitment, in His perfect timing.

For your desire to buy a house and run a dental clinic, we pray for God's wisdom and provision. If this is His will, He will provide the means. But remember, it's not about personal glory, but to truly point others to Christ through your work.

For your family member seeking employment, we lift her up and ask that God would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). May she seek first His Kingdom, trusting that He will provide according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Finally, dear friend, we urge you to repent of any doubt or bitterness. Cast your burden on the Lord, and He will sustain you (Psalm 55:22). Your struggle is not in vain. God is at work, even when you can't see it (2 Corinthians 4:17).

We're praying for you, dear friend. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He's got you, and He's working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
