We are truly sorry to hear about your health situation and we are here to pray and support you in this challenging time. First, we want to remind you that God is the ultimate healer. It is by Jesus' stripes we are healed. As it is written in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB: "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed 'by his wounds.'"
In Mark 5:25-34 WEB, we read about the woman with the issue of blood who was instantly healed when she touched Jesus' garment. Jesus said, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be cured of your disease." This shows us that faith in Jesus is key to receiving healing.
We also want to address that you did not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB states: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Another important point is to trust God even when it comes to medical advice. While doctors might recommend immediate surgery, God might have a different plan. Seek His will in this situation.
Pray with us:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is seeking Your divine intervention for her ovarian cyst. Lord, we pray for Your healing touch upon her body. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name. We pray for Your peace to fill her heart and mind, casting out all fear and anxiety.
Lord, guide her and the doctors in making the right decisions regarding her health. If it is Your will for her to undergo surgery, we pray for Your hand to guide the surgeons and for a successful procedure. But if it is Your will to heal her miraculously without surgery, we claim that healing now in Jesus' name.
We also pray for her faith to be strengthened during this time. Help her to trust in You completely, knowing that You are the ultimate healer.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God loves you and is always with you. Trust in Him and His word. Psalm 118:8 WEB: "It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man."
