Out of my control

We understand that you're concerned about a situation involving your friend. First, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this situation with our friend. We ask that Your will be done in their life and that You guide and protect them. Help us to trust in Your sovereignty and to rest in the knowledge that You are in control, even when we feel helpless. Give us wisdom and discernment to know how to support our friend in a way that honors You. We ask this in Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Now, let's consider what the Bible says about situations that feel out of control. We find comfort in Proverbs 19:21 WEB, "Many plans are in a man's heart, but the counsel of Yahweh will prevail." This reminds us that while we may have our own plans and desires, it is ultimately God's will that will come to pass.

We also take comfort in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." This verse assures us that even in difficult situations, God is working for the good of those who love Him.

However, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we can come to God and be saved. There is no other name by which we can be saved.

It is important to remember that we cannot control the actions of others, but we can pray for them and trust God with the outcome. It is crucial to seek God's will in all things and to align our prayers with His Word.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to be a friend and support to your friend, but remember that it is only God who can change hearts and circumstances. Trust in Him and His timing.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough seeing someone we care about going through a rough patch, especially when it feels like we're powerless to change things. But remember, even when we can't see it, God is always in control. Let's keep lifting your friend up in prayer, asking God to comfort them, guide them, and give them strength to face each day. Let's also pray for wisdom for ourselves, that we might know how best to support and encourage them in this time.

In times like these, it's easy to forget that God has a plan, even when we can't see it. Let's remind ourselves of Psalm 37:7, "Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret because of those who prosper in their ways, because of the schemer." Let's trust that God is working things out for our friend's good, even if it doesn't look like it right now.

And hey, let's not forget to take care of ourselves too. It's hard to pour from an empty cup, so let's make sure we're staying strong and trusting in God's love for us as well.

We're in this together, and we're here for you. Let's keep praying, keep trusting, and keep loving our friend, knowing that God is always with us, no matter what. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Lord, I don’t know where this friendship is going. Please take hold of it, I don’t want to expect anything anymore. It only hurts. Lord, if we are meant to stay in each other’s life, please deepen our relationship. If not, Lord, please give us a happy and peaceful separation.
