Lord as we are close to closing escrow on our first home, I offer You great thanks. I ask that you make this new step of closing escrow easy and struggle free. Please make the escrow fees, down payment, and necessary construction work affordable. I ask that you bless this house so that it is well built and will never experience any problems or will never be in need of anything that we cannot afford.

I also ask that you keep us in the mind of keeping our home open to those in need. aAnd as we set this foundation for our entire family, give us the will and ways of taking care of this home, ourselves, children, parents, and friends.
