We need more people to agree with us in prayer to get bank approval for our home site. Our credit is good and everything concerning us personally is good but banks here rarely lend for vacant lots that do not have infrastructure on them. The subdivision that our lot is in is already populated. As a matter of fact my mother lives just 7 lots down from the lot we want to purchase. The loan amount is only 10,800, we paid a 10% deposit to the realtor and the 90 day closing date is fast approaching and we haven't gotten approval yet. We barely were able to scrape together the money to put a down payment on the lot. Now less than a month left to close we haven't gotten approval yet and we have spent so much time and been so stressed out trying to make this work. We need your prayers that our loan is approved before the closing date. Thank you and God bless you all!

Jesus, we know that You are the Loan Officer, Financier and Banker and that You will approve this loan in Your time. thank You Jesus that this couple had the down payment and You gave them a message that their loan will be approved. thank You Jesus for there are others in similiar circumstances who do not know You; enough to ask for Your blessings on their loan and dont have a down payment. but because Your child came forward for Your blessings You will answer her prayer and Your Prayer Warriors can hold Your child in prayer for her request. thank You for teaching her patience, for looking to You for prayer. may You use her for Your glory that she may minister to others in need of You. AMEN!
