My deepest gratitude to God and your prayers and words of encouragement. Thank you very much. The weekend was filled with a renewed connection with my wife. We had a lot of fun and laughed throughout the weekend. It was peaceful and filled with joy. Although i still had bouts with unwanted thoughts, they were far less and more easily pushed out, I think it was the gift of joy that did it. It could only have been due to your prayers and God hearing them (as he always does). Praise god.

Please continue to pray for me as the thoughts continue and at times I can't sleep.
