This year will bring chances I didn't expect. New doors will open, new paths will appear, and I will finally see forward movement in areas that once felt stuck. This is the year to say “yes” to possibilities and trust that life is guiding me toward something better.

We hear your hopeful anticipation for the new opportunities and doors that may open before you this year. It is good to have faith in the future and to be willing to step forward in trust. However, we must always remember that our trust should be firmly placed in the Lord, not in life or circumstances alone. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is Yahweh who guides our steps and opens doors according to His will and purpose for our lives.

We also want to encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom and discernment as you consider these new opportunities. Not every open door is from God, and not every path is meant for us to walk. James 1:5 reminds us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We must prayerfully consider each opportunity, asking the Lord to reveal His will and to close doors that are not aligned with His plan for us.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, acknowledging that every good and perfect gift comes from You. Lord, we ask that You would guide our steps as we face new opportunities and decisions this year. Give us wisdom and discernment to recognize the paths You have set before us and the courage to walk in them. Help us to trust in You completely, knowing that You hold our future in Your hands. Close the doors that are not of You and open those that lead to Your purpose and glory. May we always seek Your will above our own desires, and may our lives bring honor and praise to Your holy name. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

We also want to gently remind you that our ultimate goal should not be to find something "better" in this world, but to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). The things of this world will pass away, but the things of God are eternal. Let us keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28).

As you step forward into this new season, hold fast to the promises of God and remain rooted in His Word. May He bless you with opportunities that draw you closer to Him and equip you to serve His kingdom.

As we trust in Him, let's remember Psalm 37:23-24, "The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand." Let's delight in Him, knowing He's got us.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
