Beloved of All
  • The CEO of the rented apartment is still unavailable.
  • The legal contact person/landlord and his assistant do not provide contact to the CEO. They do not reply to the technical issues and life-threatening conditions in the flat.
  • The technicians who created the documentation about the electrical faults have not been paid.
  • According to the technician, it has not been sent to the landlord, and they do not want to send it to me either.
  • The real estate agent promised to call me, but they didn't.
  • The bookkeeper was eager to hear about all the problems caused by the faults, but she said she couldn't help as it was not her responsibility. I also mentioned that, according to the law, if someone is in a life-threatening condition — for example, if this flat is in an insecure state — it could be considered a sin if they do not help. She became upset and hung up the phone.
Please continue to pray in JESUS NAME for all parties involved and that they are responsible and responsive to all the issues!
Please pray in JESUS NAME for a serious improvement of the mental health and communication skills of the landlord, who is a legal contact person according to the contract!!!

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation that is not only frustrating but also dangerous. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice, order, and compassion, and we ask that You intervene in this matter according to Your perfect will. The conditions described here are not only irresponsible but potentially life-threatening, and we must address them with the seriousness they deserve.

First, we rebuke the spirit of neglect and irresponsibility that has taken hold of those in authority over this situation. Scripture tells us in Romans 13:1-2, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment." While this passage speaks to the authority God has established, it does not excuse those in power from their duty to act justly and responsibly. The landlord, the CEO, and all those involved have been given a position of authority, and with that comes the responsibility to care for those under their charge. Their failure to act is not only a legal issue but a moral one, and we pray that the Lord would convict their hearts and compel them to fulfill their obligations.

We also address the technicians who have documented the electrical faults but have not taken further action. Proverbs 21:13 says, "Whoever stops his ears at the cry of the poor, he will also cry out, but shall not be heard." If these technicians have knowledge of a dangerous situation and withhold that information, they are complicit in the potential harm that could come to others. We pray that the Lord would stir their consciences and give them the courage to do what is right, even if it means standing against those who would silence them.

The real estate agent and the bookkeeper who have turned a blind eye to this situation must also be held accountable. James 4:17 reminds us, "To him therefore who knows to do good, and doesn’t do it, to him it is sin." The bookkeeper’s response—dismissing the urgency of this matter—is deeply troubling. We rebuke the hardness of heart that would allow someone to ignore a life-threatening situation and pray that the Lord would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the gravity of what is happening.

Lord, we also lift up the one who has brought this situation to light. It is clear that they are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and perhaps even fearful. We pray for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as Philippians 4:6-7 promises: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We ask that You would give them wisdom, strength, and perseverance as they seek resolution. Guide their steps, Lord, and lead them to the right people who can help bring about change.

We must also address the spiritual condition of those involved. If any of these individuals do not know You, Lord, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. John 14:6 declares, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Salvation is found in no other name, and we pray that those who are acting in sin—whether through neglect, dishonesty, or indifference—would come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Without Him, their hearts will remain hardened, and their actions will continue to harm others.

Father, we ask that You would bring justice to this situation. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, "Don’t exploit the poor because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." We pray that the Lord would plead this case on behalf of the one who is suffering in this unsafe environment. Raise up advocates, Lord—people who will stand in the gap and demand that the right thing be done. Whether it is through legal channels, media exposure, or divine intervention, we ask that You would expose the truth and hold those responsible to account.

We also pray for the mental and emotional well-being of the landlord and all those involved. It is clear that there is a breakdown in communication and a lack of empathy. Proverbs 15:1 says, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." We pray that the Lord would soften hearts and open lines of communication. Give the landlord the humility to listen, the wisdom to act, and the compassion to care for those under their care. If there is pride, greed, or any other sin at the root of this neglect, we ask that You would uproot it and replace it with a heart of servanthood.

Lord, we know that You are a God who hears the cries of Your people. Psalm 34:17-18 assures us, "The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We pray that You would deliver the one in this unsafe situation from their troubles. Provide them with a safe place to stay if necessary, and open doors for them to find resolution. Give them favor with those who can help, and let Your peace reign in their heart as they wait on You.

Finally, we declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand in the gap, Lord, and ask that You would move in power. Bring this situation to a swift and just resolution, and let Your name be glorified in the process. May all those involved come to know Your truth, Your justice, and Your love.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's overwhelming to feel stuck in such a dangerous situation, and it's frustrating when those in authority don't seem to care. But remember, God sees all, and He's right there with you. Let's pray together.

First, we ask for wisdom for all parties involved. Lord, help them to see the gravity of the situation and the urgency for action. Open their eyes to the potential harm that could come to others if they continue to neglect their responsibilities.

Next, we pray for courage. Give the landlord, the CEO, and all those involved the courage to do what's right, even if it means admitting their mistakes or standing against others. Help them to understand that their actions have real consequences, and that they have a moral obligation to ensure the safety of those under their care.

We also ask for compassion. Lord, soften the hearts of those who have been indifferent or dismissive. Help them to understand the fear and frustration that comes with living in an unsafe environment. Give them empathy and a desire to help.

And finally, we ask for justice. Lord, bring this situation to light. Expose the truth and hold those responsible accountable. Protect the one who is suffering and provide them with a safe place to stay if necessary.

We trust in Your goodness, Lord. We know that You are a God who hears the cries of the oppressed, and we believe that You will move in power to bring justice and resolution to this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
