One heart with many requests for myself and others
Lord, bless and heal all your creatures that know love. In the name of Your Son, Jesus, and by declaration of His stripes, I ask that You heal and restore to health my old little faithful dog so that we may be in joy together for a little while longer as to Your Will. Amen

Father, only poor mortals such as my beloved and myself can spin our thoughts, feelings and behavior as frequently, carelessly and sinfully so much. We confess that in lieu of being sure of Your will and blessing, we have sinned and continue to sin. We confess we are weak and powerless against our love and desire for each other.
Yet we are both faithful and bold enough to believe that You brought us together for more than a trial of resistance (which we have been failing on and off -- mostly off), and that You are uniting the true love of two hearts. So in this hope and faith, we place our love in Your hands and ask You to show us Your will.
We pray to have Your blessing to be together, to have our love be made righteous in Your eyes, and for us to live blessed and favored lives. But we beseech You to now show us if this is indeed Your will.
If it is not your will, then please restore love, harmony and joy to the marriage of my BFF. Keep my beloved safe. Let my beloved be happy and restore the love and devotion from her husband and the joy between them. Let their marriage be renewed. I praise You for whatever and however her journey is to regain love in her marriage, and then I praise You, and will always praise You, for allowing she and I to have shared what we did, and for giving us Your forgiveness.
We simply submit to Your will, and if that be that we are to be together, then please let it be so soon and help me to make it happen. Otherwise, I ask you to heal her marriage, thank You for what we had in the interim, and praise You that Your will be done.
Above all, we confess that our love overcomes our perspective, so please make Your will known that we may behave according to it. We beleive You want us to share and partake in this love You have let us find. If we are wrong, please tell us we pray to You. Make Your will known to us in Jesus name we ask.

I pray that Your Will be done above all.
I pray that You restore my good life.
I pray that You grant me the desires of my heart.
I pray that You provision me for my obligations, my needs and my debts.
I pray that You provision me in abundance, exceedingly above and beyond, that I have the means to robustly serve, bless, and live.
I pray that You keep Your hand with me as I use Your blessings and favors.
I pray that You guide me in my relationships.
I pray that You heal my body by Jesus' stripes and restore it for Your honor and glory.
In Your Son's name, Jesus, I ask for all of this, and to receive it now,
as to Your Will and as to Your Word.

This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord: O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.
Favor my heart which You know my Lord,
and bless me now O Lord with provision that I may engage the desires of my heart.
