Obedience is better than sacrifice, and submission is better than offering the fat of rams. 1 Samuel 15:22
This was what God impressed on my heart weeks ago. Some of you know what has been going on in my life. Me and my 3 kids was abandoned, but God restored my family.
I keep on praying that God will help me to completely forgive as he had forgiven me and to forget the past and hurtful things that had happened to me and my family.
I prayed that God will give me justice, but did you know what God made me do?
He made me do something for the person/s that has caused so much pain in my life. (I was told to buy things for the other woman's child)
God even provided the money for it (God wont take no for an answer).
No matter how much it hurt me to do the things that I was told to do, I want to please my Father in heaven, I obeyed.
It's not about how I feel, God knows I am hurting, but he is teaching me forgiveness. I have always prayed that God help me to always walk in his righteousness, this was the test, and I want to obey to matter what.
I thank God that I have passed it...
God's ways are different from man's ways. But God's plans are always better, He knows the future, He knows what's best for us, and His promise is to prosper us and not harm us, to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11)
