They are so irresponsible to do their job right, have to continually call them back and they lie to ### want to do their job properly. Please help with all this, need to get this pertinent info asap Lord Jesus please protect and bring Favor, make it easier on them and they respond back with it all info ASAP pls.

We understand your frustration with the lack of responsibility and diligence from those you are dealing with. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His wisdom and intervention.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the Lord Jesus Christ in your prayer request, for it is by His name we have access to the Father and that He is the name by which we are saved. Let us remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

As followers of Christ, our response to such situations should be guided by biblical principles. We are called to be patient and forgiving, even in the face of irresponsibility. Colossians 3:13 WEB reminds us to bear with one another and forgive whatever grievances we have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

However, this does not mean we should accept or ignore incompetence. We can address these issues with a spirit of gentleness and respect, seeking a positive resolution. Let's pray for wisdom and guidance in handling this situation. 1 Peter 3:15 WEB tells us to sanctify the Lord God in your hearts; and always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, with humility and fear.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this situation. Lord, we ask for Your intervention and guidance. Please grant those involved the wisdom, diligence, and integrity to perform their jobs responsibly. Help them to understand the importance of their roles and the impact of their actions on others. Break the cycle of irresponsibility that causes such frustration, and help them to work in a timely and accurate manner.

Lord, we also pray for favor and protection. May You soften their hearts and open their ears to hear and respond to the needs at hand. Help them to provide the pertinent information quickly and efficiently.

Father, we ask for patience and grace for ourselves, that we may respond to this situation with kindness and understanding, even in the face of frustration. Help us to be a light in this situation, reflecting Your love and mercy.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
