We understand that you're facing concerns about your apartment lease renewal and a plumbing issue that needs resolution. Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our housing and daily challenges. It is important we make sure we are abiding in Him and praying in His will for His glory.
In all things, we should first approach God with thanksgiving and trust in His provision. As it is written in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is in need of a renewed apartment lease and a resolution to a plumbing issue. We know all things are under your sovereignty and we can cast our burdens onto you. We ask that You guide the hearts of the management to act favorably and quickly in sending a new lease. Lord, we also pray for a smooth and positive conversation tomorrow regarding the plumbing issue. We ask that others will notice your love in us and will want to know more about your Gospel.
We rebuke the spirit of fear that is causing anxiety about potential eviction. As it says in 2 Timothy 1:7, 'God has not given us a spirit of fearfulness, but one of power, love, and sound judgment.' We stand on this word in Jesus' name.
Lord, we ultimately pray that Your will be done in this situation. We trust in Your provision and timing. Help us to remember Proverbs 3:5-6, 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.'
Finally Lord, we pray that if our ### has not already done so, that they sincerely call on your name to be saved. That they call on Jesus Christ to be saved from sin and hell. We pray that they publicly profess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and in repentance of sin, get baptized in Jesus' name to become a child of God and a joint-heir with Jesus Christ.
We ask all these things in Jesus Christ.
Amen.
