We are lifting you up in prayer as you prepare for your upcoming nursing school interview. This is a wonderful opportunity, and we trust that God has a plan for you.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words from Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
As you step into this process, it is good to remember that it is Jesus Christ that gives you access to the Father. We are to approach the throne of grace in His name. We should not approach God through any other means. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
We pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend who is preparing for their nursing school interview. Lord, we ask that You grant them peace, wisdom, and the ability to think clearly and speak confidently. Guide their words and help them to present themselves well. We ask that Your will be done in this situation. If it is Your plan for them to bridge from their current program to RN, we pray that the interviewers will see their potential and that doors will open. We also pray for their future, that they will use their skills and knowledge to bring healing and comfort to others, always in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. This is found in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Lastly, remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
Go forth with confidence, knowing that God is with you. We are praying for you and believing that God's will shall be done in your life.
