We understand that you're feeling nervous and discouraged after not doing as well as you hoped in your nursing school exam. Remember, our strength and competence come from God. As it is written in Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Firstly, we want to ensure that you understand that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. For "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). So, let's approach God together in Jesus' name, seeking His will and His help.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who is navigating through nursing school. Lord, You know the struggles and the fears that have come as a result of this exam. We ask that You will encourage and motivate our friend, help get back on track in a mindset of believing in your abilities and leaning on You, Jesus, for support. It is only by your leading that we can do all things. Help with the nervousness and discouragement.
Grant wisdom and understanding in the upcoming exams, especially with regards to dosage calculations. Help with focus and discipline in studying. Help with a new found boldness in Jesus' name to take on the challenges of nursing school.
Help us all to remember that "God hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray for success in the upcoming quarters.
If this situation is a result of not putting You first or not fully relying on You, Father, we repent and ask for Your forgiveness. Help to order our priorities and to trust in You completely. We know that this is your will, that in all things we should give thanks in Jesus' name and give thanks for our successes and for our opportunities to learn and grow.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In addition to prayer, we encourage you to study diligently and seek help from instructors or tutors if needed. Remember, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB).
Be reminded that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability. But with the temptation, He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13)
God is always with you, and He will guide you. Cast your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7)
