Now I'll try this again, without my Ipad! Around 2 years ago we sued for grandparent rights because we just did not trust our X DIL after what she did to our son concerning their daughter when he did nothing wrong, which I won't get into (to long a story) We get along now and there is usually not a problem seeing our granddaughter even spending time with our X DIL, her BF, and their 17 month old son. She just told me today that her lawyer (Pro Bona) called her to tell us that our lawyer never went to court to finalize the papers which should of been done last June. Her lawyer told her we could sue him to get our money back, but we would probably have to go to court again and we had enough of that, or do we just let him file. This really upsets us because it was NOT cheap as we took from our home equity and even from my life insurance policy because that's how much our granddaughter means to us.Could you please pray for God's guidance in this matter. ~ Also I have a few unspoken prayer requests I would like to ask prayer for. (Again to long to get into) Thank You so much, and God Bless!
