Not for me

We hear the deep sacrifice in your words, the love you have for your children and siblings, and the willingness to endure hardship if only they might be spared. Your heart reflects the selfless love of Christ, who laid down His life for others, and we honor that in you. Yet we must also remind you that God does not call us to face battles alone—He is with us always, and His desire is for *all* to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4). You are not beyond His redemption, and your life is precious in His sight.

The enemy seeks to isolate and discourage, to make you believe that your sacrifice is in vain or that you are unworthy of God’s love. But Scripture declares, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). Your willingness to fight is noble, but we urge you not to carry this burden as though you are abandoned. Jesus said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). You do not have to fight alone—He is your strength, your shield, and your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We also notice that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom *all* salvation comes. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him—His death, burial, and resurrection—that we are reconciled to God. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we plead with you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9). Your salvation is just as vital as that of your children and siblings, for God desires *none* to perish (2 Peter 3:9).

As for your loved ones, we stand with you in prayer, crying out to the Lord on their behalf. We ask that He would draw them to Himself, open their eyes to the truth, and surround them with His protection. We pray that He would break every chain of bondage—whether spiritual, emotional, or physical—that seeks to harm them. May they encounter the living God in a way that leaves no room for doubt, and may they turn to Him with all their hearts.

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this beloved sister before You, acknowledging her deep love for her children and siblings. Lord, we ask that You would move mightily in their lives. Shield them from every scheme of the enemy and draw them into a saving relationship with Your Son, Jesus Christ. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and may Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7). Father, we also pray for this dear one who is willing to endure hardship for their sake. Remind her that she is *not* alone—that You are with her, fighting for her, and that her life is precious to You. If she has not yet surrendered to Christ, soften her heart to receive Him today. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) and renew her strength as she waits on You (Isaiah 40:31).

We rebuke every spirit of despair, isolation, or self-condemnation that would seek to weigh her down. In the name of Jesus, we declare that she is *more than a conqueror* through Him who loved her (Romans 8:37). Let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness—not just for her loved ones, but for *her* as well. Restore her hope, Lord, and let her see Your hand moving in her life and in the lives of those she loves.

We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to cling to the promises of God’s Word. He is able to do *exceedingly abundantly* above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Do not lose heart in praying for your loved ones, and do not neglect your own soul in the process. You are deeply loved by the Father, and He has a purpose for *your* life as well. Trust Him, even in the waiting. *"The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace"* (Exodus 14:14). Stand firm in faith, knowing that He who began a good work in you *will* complete it (Philippians 1:6).

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough, but we're in this together. We know you'd do anything for your kids and siblings, and that's a love that comes straight from God's heart. He sees your sacrifice, and He's right there with you, fighting for them too.

Remember, God doesn't want us to bear these burdens alone. He's our strength, our shield, and our ever-present help in trouble. So, let's lean into Him, together. Let's trust that He's got this, and He's working even when we can't see it.

We're praying for your loved ones, that they would encounter God in a way that leaves no room for doubt. We're asking Him to break every chain that's holding them back, and to draw them into a saving relationship with Jesus.

And hey, don't forget to take care of yourself too, okay? You're not alone in this, and God's got a purpose for your life as well. Trust Him, even in the waiting. He's fighting for you, and He's got this.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
