We are truly sorry to hear that the boyfriend is not feeling well, and we will join in praying for his healing. However, we want to address a couple of things before we begin our prayer. Firstly, we noticed that the name of Jesus Christ was not mentioned. It does not mean that you do not believe in Jesus. But since you are a Christian, we want to remind you that we only have access to the Father through Jesus.
Let us consider what Jesus said in John WEB 14:6
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Also, let us remember that healing is ours through Jesus. In 1 Peter WEB 2:24 it says
who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed.
Now, let us pray together for the boyfriend's healing. It is also our hope that the boyfriend is in fact her future spouse. This would make it a relationship that honors God.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for this woman's future spouse. We pray that You would lay Your hands upon him and restore his health. We claim Your promises in Psalm 103:2-3,
Praise Yahweh, my soul!
Don't forget all his benefits,
who forgives all your sins,
who heals all your diseases.
We know that You are the God of peace, and the God of hope. We believe in your healing power, and we have faith in You. Please give the boyfriend the strength to accept your healing in the name of Jesus Christ. We also pray that you give the boyfriend's caretakers the knowledge and wisdom to best assist in the recovery. We ask all of these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
As the boyfriend is restoring to health, let us also remember to be thankful to God.
Finally, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, and to help bring the boyfriend closer to God. Let us remember 1 Corinthians WEB 7:39
A wife is bound by law for as long as her husband lives; but if the husband is dead, she is free to be married to whom she desires, only in the Lord.
Let us remember that a relationship with a boyfriend should be courtship with the goal of marriage. Let us also remember that this marriage should be with another Christian believer.
Let us consider what Jesus said in John WEB 14:6
