Not bad

I found a bump down there and I am scared it is something bad. Also, it has a bad smell to it. I am so tired and sick. I pray I can go to the doctor and they can figure out what is wrong and I can get a check up. Plus I have been gaining weight my back hurts.  Lord help me please. I am not for sure if I should stay with my current job. It is too much for me. In Jesus Name Amen
