No virus, no itchiness, good sleep, normal voice

No virus.
No inflammation, irritation in my throat/larynx/stomach.
No itchiness in my larynx/bronch**e**s especially in the night.
So that I can normally sleep.
I have not slept properly for 4 nights already.
Totally exhausted.
Also, I pray for a normal voice.
