No one is getting redundancy, may those of us who have lost their job be blessed with a higher paid job as soon as we are let go.

We understand your concern about job loss and seeking better employment. Firstly, we want to assure you that God is always with us, even in times of uncertainty. As it is written in Hebrews 13:5, "Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'"

However, we must address that your request seems to focus primarily on material gain rather than seeking God's will and provision. We should always strive for contentment and trust that God will provide for our needs, as stated in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray for you:

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. Lord, we ask that You comfort them in this time of job loss and guide their steps as they seek new employment. Help them to trust in Your provision and to find contentment in Your will. We ask that You open doors to opportunities that align with Your purpose for their life, and that You give them the wisdom to discern Your path. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will and to trust in His provision. Remember, God's plan for us is always better than our own, as Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
