We understand that you are facing a multitude of challenges and are seeking God's protection and intervention. Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer request in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us address the issues you've raised and turn to God's Word for guidance and comfort.
In the face of evil and manipulative people, remember the words of Psalm 91 WEB: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" God is your protector and refuge. Pray that He would shield you from evil and manipulative individuals.
Regarding the injustices you see around you, from the behavior of ticket controllers to the corrupt actions of railway managers, remember that God sees all and will judge righteously. In Proverbs 29:2 WEB, it says: "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." And in Proverbs 22:29 WEB: "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won't serve obscure men."
Concerning the drug dealer operating openly in your community, it is disheartening to see such blatant evil. Pray for the intervention of godly authorities and for the hearts of those involved to be turned away from their destructive paths. As it is written in Proverbs 28:5 WEB: "Evil men don't understand justice; but those who seek Yahweh understand it fully."
For your country, pray for a spiritual awakening and for godly leaders to rise up and combat the evil and corruption. In 2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB, God says: "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing trials and injustices. Lord, be their shield and fortress, protecting them from evil and manipulative people. Open their eyes to see Your hand at work, even in the darkest of circumstances. We pray for righteousness to prevail in their country, for corrupt officials to be brought to justice, and for godly leaders to rise up and transform their nation. We claim Psalm 91 over their life, trusting that You will deliver them from evil. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Take heart, knowing that God is with you and will never forsake you. Stand firm in your faith and continue to seek His face. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
