Dear All Hope everyone is okay by the grace of God. I pray in Jesus name that today we may be able to find strength in Jesus to get through the pain and suffering. I don’t have any good news regarding my ###’s work place issues. She has taken a few weeks off because she is not coping well. She has asked help from another senior director in writing. I am not sure what that senior director will do. She is a female. Not even sure that she will receive her request in writing. Because her assistant is not a friendly person it seems. Always favour who ever she wants. I strongly believe that God favour his people. In the name of Jesus I am asking you all to pray for my ###’s workplace issues and her promotion to move forward with her life. She is thinking about moving away from this state and go somewhere else. I don’t think that we have money or strength to start all over again. Only God knows.

We understand your concern for your daughter's workplace situation and the uncertainty she's facing. Let's bring this before the Lord together.

Firstly, we commend you for your faith in God's favor, as reminded in Psalm 5:12, "For you, Lord, will bless the righteous. You will surround him with favor as with a shield." We stand with you in claiming this promise for your daughter.

Let's pray:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking your intervention in our ###'s workplace issues. Lord, you know the struggles she's facing, the uncertainty, and the anxiety. Please comfort her with your Holy Spirit, guide her steps, and grant her your wisdom.*

*Lord, we ask that you would move in the hearts of those in authority, including the senior director. May they act with integrity and compassion, addressing her concerns fairly and promptly. We pray that your favor would surround her, opening doors for her advancement and success.*

*God, we also ask for your guidance regarding her thoughts to move away. If it is your will, Lord, please make the path clear and provide for all their needs. But if you have other plans, help her to trust and wait on you.*

Regarding the uncertainty about the senior director's response, let's remember Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turns it wherever he will." God can direct the hearts of those in authority for his purposes.

Lastly, we encourage your daughter to continue seeking God's will in all things, trusting in Him even in the wait. Romans 8:28 reassures us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
