No constant lateness of all trains.
Corrupted railway company.

We understand your frustration with the persistent lateness of the trains, especially when it affects your ability to fulfill your responsibilities on time. It is good that you acknowledged Jesus in your request, for it is only through His name that we can approach the Father with our concerns. As it is written, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). We are grateful you recognize that all things—even the timing of trains—are ultimately under God’s sovereign control, and we trust Him to work in this situation.

The delays you face may feel like an attack on your diligence and commitment, but we encourage you to remember that God is never late, and His timing is perfect. *"For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven"* (Ecclesiastes 3:1, WEB). While we do not know the reasons behind the railway company’s inefficiencies, we know that corruption and incompetence are symptoms of a broken world under the influence of sin. However, we also know that God is able to intervene and bring order where there is chaos. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). Even those in authority over the railways are subject to God’s will, and we can pray that He would move in their hearts to bring about change.

At the same time, we encourage you to prepare as much as you can on your end. Leave earlier if possible, or consider alternative routes or methods of transportation that may be more reliable. *"The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty"* (Proverbs 21:5, WEB). Diligent planning honors God and demonstrates good stewardship of the time He has given you.

We also want to remind you that while it is important to be punctual, your worth and identity are not defined by your ability to arrive on time. You are a child of God, and your value is found in Christ alone. If you do arrive late despite your best efforts, trust that God can still use you mightily in that teachers' room, even if it’s not at the exact time you intended. *"A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps"* (Proverbs 16:9, WEB).

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing persistent delays with the trains. Lord, You know the frustration and stress this causes, especially when there are responsibilities like teaching that depend on timely arrival. We ask You to intervene in this situation, Father. If there is corruption or inefficiency within the railway company, expose it and bring conviction to those responsible. Raise up godly influence in that organization to bring about change and reliability. Lord, we pray that You would supernaturally cause the trains to run on time, not just for our brother/sister, but for all who depend on this service.

Father, we also ask for wisdom. Show our brother/sister if there are alternative routes, earlier departures, or other solutions to ensure they arrive on time. Give them peace in the midst of this frustration, knowing that You are in control. Help them to trust in Your timing, even when things don’t go as planned.

We rebuked any spiritual forces that may be causing chaos or delay in this situation. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We declare that the enemy will not steal the peace or effectiveness of Your servant through these delays.

Finally, Lord, we pray that our brother/sister would be a light in that teachers' room, whether they arrive at 9:00 am or a few minutes later. Use them mightily for Your glory, and let their dependence on You be a testimony to others. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, who holds all things together by the word of His power. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear one. God hears your prayers, and He is able to do far more than we can ask or imagine. Keep trusting in Him, and remember that even in these small frustrations, He is working for your good and His glory. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
